It was an adventure of self-discovery and personal development. The process of microteaching in an online setting opened my eyes to new ideas and made me reevaluate my methods of instruction.
What Did I Like and Dislike About Online Teaching?
Like any other teaching method, online instruction has advantages and disadvantages. I liked the flexibility it provides, letting students access the materials at their own pace and convenience. But I also discovered that it was difficult to keep students' attention and active participation throughout the class.
